Terms of Use
The rules for using xrazor.io. Paid engagements are governed by their own signed agreement.

Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your use of xrazor.io (the "site"), operated by xRazor Security ("xRazor", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Using the product is different. Pilots, managed engagements and licences for the xRazor platform are governed by a separate written agreement signed with each customer. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement wins.
Using the site
You may browse the site, read and share its content, and book calls with us. You agree not to:
- probe, scan or test the site's security, except as allowed by our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy;
- interfere with the site, overload it, or get around any limit or protection;
- scrape it in bulk, or use automated means beyond what a normal search engine does;
- use it to break any law or to infringe anyone's rights;
- impersonate anyone, or send us content that is unlawful or malicious.
Our content
The site, the xRazor name and logo, and everything published here belong to xRazor or our licensors. You may quote and link to our content with attribution. You may not copy it at scale, present it as your own, or use our brand in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Information on the site
We work to keep the site accurate, but it is general information, not professional advice. Figures such as the ROI calculator are estimates built on published industry ranges; your results will depend on your environment. Dashboards, globes and sample data on the site are illustrations, not live customer data. Product features and plans may change.
Offers
Commercial offers described on the site — including "Zero bug. Zero pay." — apply only as set out in the written pilot or customer agreement, which defines the scope, what counts as a qualifying finding, and the timeline.
Links to other sites
The site links to services we do not control, such as our scheduling provider and LinkedIn. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise the site will always be available or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, xRazor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnity
If you misuse the site or break these terms and a third party makes a claim against us as a result, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. These terms are the whole agreement between us about the site.
